SWIMMING FUN!

Jackie loves to swim and always wants to go swimming so we got a little pool and put her slide out there! She loves it and every day asks to wear her strawberry! (lol that is what she calls her suit since there is one on it!)

Potty ideas?

so Jackie is still rocking it on the potty! she has been going all the time at home with no accidents for a few days now...only issue is she wont use the potty unless she is on a little potty.....so my question is do we just keep one in the car and bring it with us....how do you get them to use a reagualr potty.....lol and yes in my vocabulary the word restroom, bathroom, and toliet have all been replaced with potty......

Jackie is getting SO big and starting to get pretty opinionated too! She defiantly knows what she wants and gets upset sometimes if she does not get it, and has a hard time understanding why she can not do certain things at certain time...like why she can not go swimming at 11pm why the baby can not come out of my belly, why she can not fall back into mommy's tummy anymore, why she can not wear a sweatshirt in June in Utah......
But we are really really lucky with her, she is pretty good for the most part and does not have too many outbursts! She just always wants to be doing something and be on the move...she has SO much energy and a love for learning that she hates to hold still for too long! She wants to be running and playing and discovering all the time she keeps us on our toes and we love it!

My little big girl

Jackie is growing up! She is no longer my little baby and is my big girl!
Since about January she has liked the concept of the potty....she will use it off an on at her choosing, and gets very excited when anyone uses the potty!
She was never a fan of mommy or daddy telling her it was time to go. We let her go when she wanted and decided to let her do it on her time, i did not want to push her too much to go.
Well this weekend we decided it was time for the bottle to go. We let her have water in her bottle to go to bed but nothing else. She was not too happy about this, but seems to get it. Well Sunday she woke up and wanted to use the potty, and kept going in the toilet all day! Derek put her in pull ups (big girl pants) and she only had one accident!
When she woke up today she told me she was a big girl and wanted the diaper off, and her big girl pants on.....so far today she has gone in the potty all day for daddy! Lets hope it keeps up! I don't want two kids in diapers!
Guess i will just have to wait until September to have a baby in the house again....it seems my baby is growing up!

Mint he HATES anything with mint! He wont even kiss me if i have had mint something

Used to be coke coke coke coke....but now he is not drinking pop so its water

That's a hard one he always switches it up....really he likes a lot of meat piled high!

Again he has A LOT of favorites but i think his most favorite would be Reese's Puffs

Detroit Red Wings! They are headed to the Stanley Cup FINALS!

ME!!!

ask him go to bed "early", and then once we get in to bed talk instead of going right to sleep :)

lol hmm honestly i do not know i know his Grandpa was adopted.....

HOCKEY CAKE HOCKEY CAKE HOCKEY CAKE....poor boy never got hockey cakes growing up but his brother did...so now on his birthdays i have to make sure he gets one...

Yep he played Hockey and Lacrosse

19. What could he spend hours doing?
Playing Hockey...sensing a theme here

20. What is one unique talent he has?
He is REALLY good at finding things! He is a great parker! and a wonderful husband and father! I could not have asked for a better man to be with forever! I love ya babe, thanks for all you do for me and Jackie!

We are all doing great! Just trying to get things done! We got a storage garage so we could put all of our extra stuff in there to make room for another baby in our small apt! Its really nice to have all the extra room and to have a less cluttered and clean place! Derek is on the job hunt, and working part time at the paper....me I am just working and making a baby :)

my baby bump 21 and 22 weeks

So i planned to do a weekly belly shot from 20 weeks on so i could watch the growth but i got started a week late and never posted last week :) so here ya go 21 weeks
