Going to the gym does help me feel a lot better :) who would have guessed lol.....we will see how mornings go I went Thursday at 6am and I am going to go tomorrow EEK! haha I need a 6 am gym buddy anyone wanna join me?
Also not eating sugar is super easy...way easier then i thought it would be.....so far i have passed up cookie dough while i was making it mind you and said cookies after, and banana cream pie (which is by far my most favorite thing EVER!)
So I am going to give my self props and keep up the plan....I already feel better and its just been 3 weeks of no sugar and 1 week of gym....guessing I will just feel better and better!!
I am serious about a gym buddy there has to be someone out there who wants to join me!
